Our volunteers commit to supporting the ministry with their skills, talents, expertise and resources. As a volunteer, you will be a part of a structured training program while offering voluntary service in at least one short term, medium term (1 – 3 years), or long term (3 – 10 years) missions program. This is an excellent opportunity for you, especially if your desire is to preare for Christian ministries, to gain valuable experiences and training in missions. ​

They maintain their autonomy while being accountable to each for development and stewardship.

Our Inner Circle Members are 'owners' of the Ben McLean Campaigns. They evaluate the effectiveness of the ministry annually or biennially and make plans for its growth and worldwide reach. They support the Ministry with their resources and expertise. Persons who sense the call of God into this level of Christian vision apply to BMC for Inner Circle Membership and it will not deprive them of their membership in their local church.
